5/5 all above, went to loves previously waited roughly speaking 18hrs, got delayed etas constantly (tonight in the evening, tomorrow 7am, 2 hours later, 4 hours later, 6 hours later constant issues). Called up Jeremie from this amazing shop, sent him some pictures of the problems we were having with our brake drum+shoe, he doubled checked his inventory, made sure he had the parts and told us to come on by, game him our eta and he sorted us out within 30 minutes of us arrived, provided the invoice, price wasn't inflated, honestly price was lower than most shops, appreciate the help, the quickness and the fact he was willing to help us out straight away on a SATURDAY! Amazing, thank you Jeremie and your team!!

I do not normally like to write reviews but these guys earned it. I am the owner of a very small trucking company with only two trucks. While doing a delivery to Portland, my truck had an issue and we were stuck on the side of the road in Idaho. I looked up some truck repair shops near me and I decided to call Ross Point Truck Repair shop. Jeremie answered the call and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I explained to him what was going on with my truck and he said that he would send one of his mechanics to take a look at it. He told me that his mechanic was on another job and that he would be to my location withing two hours. The mechanic showed up in less than two hours and got to work right away. He was able to find what the issue was and was able to get us back on the road. Both Jeremie and his mechanic were very professional and they explained exactly what was wrong with the truck and what needed to be done in order to fix it right. Thanks to Jeremie and his team we were able to get back on the road and make our delivery on time. I hope I don't break down on the road but if I do, I hope it happens near Jeremie's shop. These guys are great and most importantly they are

This is how all shops should be! When things break and your a owner op things get stressful quick. The owners and staff are beyond polite and extremely nice. They got my truck in fast figured out what was wrong and got me going soon as the diff was rebuilt. Called me and told me brakes/ujoints should be replaced and gave me heads up when they suggested what should be done ( and showed me why. That's something that doesn't happen much anymore always hey let's just go off the work order ignore the rest of the truck) Ross Repair is beyond professional and I'll recommend this repair facility over any in Spokane or post falls. This is how all the ma and pa truck shops were and i thought they all disappeared. Nope these guys are last of the few. If your truck is broken or your in need of repairs call these guys and you won't regret it.
